Redwood Reporting employs expert, certified court reporters. You will receive an ASCII CD of the deposition, a condensed transcript with index, and bound and tabbed exhibits as part of our standard package.

Another service we provide is E-Transcript, a secure email service that allows us to email your transcripts with guaranteed page and line integrity. This results in a digital transcript that can be utilized for word searches and managed with systems such as Binder, LiveNote and Summation. You can also print condensed or full transcripts with full word indexes. If you plan to use E-Transcript, you will need a one-time download of the free E-Transcript Viewer. Our office staff is happy to help you with this or to answer any questions you have about E-Transcript services.

If you need an interpreter for your deposition, we can arrange that for you. Please let us know that you will need interpreter services when you set your deposition.

Sometimes you need an audio-video record of a deposition. We have experienced, professional videographers for that purpose. Your deposition can be videotaped in analog and digital formats in DVD, CD, CD-ROM or VHS. Videotapes can be synched to the transcript so that you can edit the tape to facilitate playback at trial.

We also provide document repository services. For over 17 years, we have maintained secure storage and document access in complex litigation cases.

Our deposition services include confirming and coordinating deposition schedules with all attorneys' offices. We also create daily deposition exhibit binders and indexes at the start of each new deposition.
