We email updates to the attorneys' offices as they are made and we provide on-site document copying and scanning.

Our deposition suites and conference rooms can accommodate groups of varying sizes. Our spacious, relaxing rooms are comfortable and fully equipped, including wireless internet connectivity. We provide Peet's coffee, water, soft drinks and snacks at all depositions and can arrange for lunch to be delivered by a restaurant/deli located within our building complex.

Room fees are waived for depositions using our court reporters. Rooms are available at reasonable rates for meetings, arbitrations and mediations.

In addition to standard court transcription, we offer realtime services. Certified LiveNote reporters utilize technology that instantly converts stenographic notes into English text. The text is displayed instantly on computers that are equipped with realtime software. If you wish to use realtime, please notify our office when you set the deposition. Our staff will guide you through the process.

Another service we offer is E-Transcript. Transcripts are emailed to you in standardized and secure formats. We guarantee page and line integrity. Electronic transcripts make it easier to perform word searches. They are compatible with transcript management systems such as iBinder, LiveNote and Summation. You can also print a hard copy of the condensed or full transcript with full word index. In order to access an E-Transcript, you will need to download a free E-Transcript Viewer. Our office staff will be happy to assist you with that or to answer any other questions you may have.
